The result of the research concluded that the metabolism of the group which was consuming whole grain grew faster and the calorie was being burnt. There was also low absorption of calorie among participants in this group. Weight, metabolism rate, blood glucose, calorie, hunger were noted during the research period. There was no difference in both the groups in hunger and diet satisfaction.
